Order Processing



  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after purchase.
  • During drops, restocks, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended due to high demand.
  • All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.




Shipping Methods & Delivery Times



  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • International Shipping:
    Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.



Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.



Shipping Rates



  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply only to qualifying orders and locations.




Tracking Information



  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.




Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)



  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • HATESOCIETY is not responsible for delays caused by customs.




Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



  • HATESOCIETY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
  • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.




Wrong Address / Returned Packages



  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Unclaimed or returned packages may be subject to a restocking fee.




Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items



  • Pre-order or made-to-order items have extended processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready, unless otherwise noted.
