Due to the limited nature of our drops and the time, craftsmanship, and resources invested into each piece, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



No Returns or Exchanges



  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:
    • Wrong size
    • Change of mind
    • Fit preferences
    • Ordering the wrong item

  • Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before purchasing.




No Refunds



  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
  • This includes sale items, promotional purchases, and limited releases.




Damaged or Incorrect Orders



We only offer support in the rare case that:


  • You receive an incorrect item, or
  • Your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect



To be eligible:


  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The item
    • The damage or issue
    • The original packaging



If approved, we may offer:


  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit at our discretion
    (No cash refunds.)




Shipping Issues



  • HATESOCIETY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.




Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items



  • All pre-order and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.
