Due to the limited nature of our drops and the time, craftsmanship, and resources invested into each piece, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:
- Wrong size
- Change of mind
- Fit preferences
- Ordering the wrong item

- Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before purchasing.
No Refunds
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
- This includes sale items, promotional purchases, and limited releases.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We only offer support in the rare case that:
- You receive an incorrect item, or
- Your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of:
- The item
- The damage or issue
- The original packaging

If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement (if available), or

Store credit at our discretion
(No cash refunds.)
Shipping Issues
- HATESOCIETY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
- All pre-order and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.
